The paid fee is for payment for an editorial review. If your website does not qualify it will not be accepted and the directory will keep the money even if you don't get the listing.

Our editors have the right to change the category to the appropriate category, we also have the right to change the title and description. We also have the right to remove websites that are not appropriate or if we find out they are doing black hat techniques. You represent and warrant that the site you are submitting for consideration does not and will not infringe the rights of any third party, including without limitation any Intellectual Property Rights, rights of publicity, rights of personality, rights of privacy, rights to payment of royalties, or any other rights of third parties not specifically identified in this Section. Further, you warrant and represent that all aspects of the site submitted for consideration comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Our editors will not accept these types of sites below:

• Your site should not have any popups, or attempt to install any software, viruses or trojans on the user's computer.
• Your site should be complete with all links working, and with good amount of content.
• All new sites must be complete and no under construction, before submitting to the directory.
• We do not accept websites that contain or endorse pornography or adult material, gambling, illegal content or activities, drugs, hate, racism, get rich quick schemes, escort sites, pharmacy or pills, etc.
• Sites must be in English.
• Sites containing content that is not legal in all parts of the World, or is not legally viewed by children may not be accepted.
• If your website is a commercial site, then the official business name must be visible to any visitor.
• Your site must define its purpose, whether it's products or services.
• No doorway pages
• No deep links.
• Your site must support all browsers.
• Your site must not direct visitor to a different page.
• Your web page must not give the search engine different content than what our editors see.
