There are so many different ways to achieve weight loss and some ways may work for some people, but not for others. I have the best luck watching what I eat and having a regular fitness progam that I follow. I only have sucess if I do them both together. I also take vitamins and supplements to help keep me healthy. Some people will have plastic surgery / cosmetic treatments, because nothing works for them. I think you just have to find something that works for you and your body and just do it, because being overweight is not healthy and can cause many other medical problems.

My favorite show is "The Biggest Looser", because it helps to motivate me. I usually watch it while I exercise on my elliptical and the time will fly by. I feel so much better, when I follow my exercise program I set for myself. I have friends that will get a physical trainer to plan out a fitness program just for your body. They say that helps motivate them. Sometimes, just starting up a diet is hard so anything you can do to make it easier is worth it.

I am also a weight watchers member and go to weekly meetings and weigh in. It helps me getting in front of the scale with someone looking at my numbers. It makes me think twice, before I put junk food in my mouth.
